All Duties Included at Checkout for US Customers

We’re happy to share an update that makes shopping with us even easier.
To improve clarity and peace of mind for our US customers, we’ve updated our checkout so that import duties are now included at checkout.

This means the price you see when you place your order is the final price — no unexpected charges added later when your package arrives. We want international shopping to feel straightforward and predictable, and this change helps ensure just that.

Why this matters

When products are shipped from Sweden to the United States, they are subject to US import duties under current customs regulations. For our products, this customs duty is 15%, and in addition, carriers typically apply a standard delivery and customs handling fee of $17 USD.

Previously, these costs were often charged separately by the carrier at the time of delivery, which could come as an unwelcome surprise. We know that unexpected fees can take away from the overall shopping experience — and that’s something we want to avoid.

What’s better now

By including duties at checkout, everything is clear from the start. You know exactly what you’re paying, and your shipment can move through customs without delays or additional invoices from the carrier.

One more thing worth knowing

Ordering multiple items in a single purchase often reduces the duty cost per item in percentage terms. In many cases, combining products into one order is not only more efficient, but also more cost-effective.
