Direct extruder upgrade to:
- Expand filament selection inclusive to flexible materials;
- Better control extrusion and retractions for faster printing;
- Use the stock part cooling fan and cowling;
- Use with Mosquito or Mosquito Magnum hotends (not included);
- Use the new LGX Lite v2.
We recommend to use a 25mm hotend cooling fan instead of the stock hotend cooling fan.
The DDX tube mount and 4mm metal push-fit connector on the “You may need” section are optional accessories we recommend you to use to install this upgrade kit.

About the new LGX Lite V2
This new and revised LGX Lite eXtruder has a new housing design to be more rigid and stable.
Manufacturing tolerances are tighter.
Backlash was also lowered to improve pressure advance.
What Bondtech CHT nozzles to wear
The Mosquito and Mosquito Magnum hotends are compatible with the following Bondtech CHT nozzles:
- Bondtech CHT M6 Coated Brass nozzle, for non-abrasive materials
- Bondtech CHT BiMetal M6 Coated Nozzle, for abrasive materials
