SETUP GUIDE
Setting Up the LGX Lite ALU Mosquito Plate
The guide below shows how to install the LGX Lite ALU Mosquito Plate.
To perform this installation you need the following items:
- LGX Lite
- LGX Lite ALU Mosquito Plate
- Includes 3 M3x8 countersunk screws and a 8.8mm long PTFE tube
- Mosquito hotend
- Includes 2 M2.5x4mm screws in the Mounting Kit

Step 1. Install LGX Lite's Bottom Square Nuts
Remove the LGX Lite front plate
Insert the 2 front botton square nuts
Insert the 2 rear botton square nuts
Step 2. Mount the ALU Plate
Take the LGX Lite and ALU plate's items
The plate mounts to the Lite's bottom
Mount the flat surface against the Lite
Step 3. Apply the PTFE Tube
Add the short PTFE tube
Insert it in the plate's filament hole
Step 4. Mount the Mosquito Hotend
Add the Mosquito and 2 M2.5x4 screws
Face the Mosquito against the ALU plate
Insert the screws in the mounting holes
Take a 2.0mm hex key with ball point
Tighten the screws
The Mosquito is mounted on the LGX Lite
