When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Any special offer is valid while stocks last.
You can choose whether you want to display prices in EUR, USD or SEK.
You can also choose to display the prices with or without VAT in the webshop.
Customers within EU countries will have to pay VAT.
For customers outside EU, VAT will not be charged as these purchases are considered as export. Please be aware that you are responsible to pay duties or other taxes if charged in your country.
The order amount can change during checkout when you choose your country. For customers within EU the VAT will be added. For customers outside EU the VAT is deducted.
VAT FREE FOR COMPANIES WITHIN THE EU
Business customers in the EU with a valid VIES VAT number will not be charged VAT. After entering a VIES validated VAT nr in the checkout and choosing a country within EU, except Sweden, no VAT will be charged.
Shipping charges are based on the product’s total weight and which shipping method is chosen.
Exact shipping charge is presented at checkout when you select shipping methods and your country.
We have available the following shipping methods:
Not all the shipping methods are available to all territories and to all orders.
If a given shipping method does not show on your cart on checkout, it means it is not available in your territory, or due to the nature of the goods you ordered (eg. weight or shape).
For customers in Russia we recommended PostNord Registered.
* When buying from outside Sweden, and choosing PostNord Letter, you agree to CPT Incoterms.
Carriage Paid To (named place of destination) means the risk transfers to buyer upon handing goods over to the carrier at the place of shipment in the country of Export (Sweden).
When selecting PostNord Letter, you acknowledge Bondtech cannot track the shipping and delivery, and because of that, you accept packages not delivered will not be refunded by Bondtech.
If you choose PostNord Registered or FedEx Priority as shipping methods, we provide transport insurance and carry the risk of damage and lost goods until it reaches you.
A limit of 2000 SEK applies to the PostNord Registered shipping method.
Such insurance and warranty is not provided if PostNord Letter is chosen as shipping method.

You will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking nr of the parcel, if tracking applies to the shipping method you chosen, as soon as we have shipped your order.
RETURNING UNWANTED GOODS – EU CONSUMERS ONLY
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days.

You have the right to cancel this contract / order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cooling off period
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece of your order.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except the costs of delivery using FedEx Priority.
We may make a deduction up to 25% from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Retention of reimbursement
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Return of goods
You shall send back the goods as they were originally delivered, or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if we receive the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consumer’s liability for diminished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS
Products supplied by Bondtech have 90 days warranty. If you have problems with any product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using the Help interface of our website and we will make our best to solve your issue.
Please note that the following applies for warranty issues.
- Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non authorized personnel.
- Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
Bondtech handles secure card payments in collaboration with Paypal. You can pay with your VISA, Matercard or American Express.
You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay by VISA, Matercard or American Express.
Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Paypal to your bank.
Your card will be charged when we recieve you order.
If you return an item it will be credited back into your bank or credit card account.
If you have a PayPal account you can login and pay with that as well.
ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery like you have received wrong or a damaged product please contact our customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame to us.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to the transport company in general FedeX when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported as soon as they are discovered.
If items are returned to us because the carrier cannot deliver due to either incorrect or insufficient address information or giving up after several delivery attempts we will either:
- Resend to a new address. Additional charges due (shipping/return shipping will apply);
- Partial refund the amount paid, deducting occurred costs (shipping, return shipping and handling fee).
CONFIDENTIALITY WHEN HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
We reserve the right to communicate with you regarding marketing purposes in our e-mail newsletter if you have agreed to this during registration. If you don’t want to receive more from us you can always unsubscribe.
Bondtech will not give any personal information to any third party. According to GDPR of handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service at email@example.com.

A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
