Compact, balanced, and heat-resistant. The INDX Part Cooling Dual 4010 Blower Ducts module provides optimized airflow routing for the INDX Toolhead ecosystem, designed specifically for use with dual 4010 blower fans.
Engineered to direct airflow from two high-velocity 4010 fans to both sides of the nozzle, these ducts ensure balanced cooling for flawless overhangs and bridges at high print speeds. Manufactured via SLS printing using Glass-Filled PA12 (PA12 GF), they offer industrial-grade heat resistance and dimensional stability that prevents warping in hot chambers.
Designed for seamless modular integration, the ducts mount directly to the INDX toolhead, delivering precision airflow routing without the need for bulky remote hoses.

Balanced, High-Velocity AirflowRapid printing requires rapid cooling. By utilizing two powerful 4010 blower fans, this module surrounds the nozzle with a balanced, omnidirectional air stream. This dual-sided approach eliminates “shadowing” on the backside of your prints, dramatically improving overhang performance, bridging capabilities, and overall surface finish at high speeds.
Industrial-Grade SLS PA12 GF Ducts
Part cooling ducts live in one of the harshest environments on a 3D printer—millimeters away from a glowing hot nozzle and a heated bed. To ensure absolute reliability, the custom ducts in this kit are manufactured using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) from Glass-Filled Polyamide 12 (PA12 GF).This industrial composite offers exceptional heat deflection and structural rigidity. Unlike standard printed PETG or ABS ducts, these SLS PA12 GF ducts will not warp, droop, or deform, even during prolonged, high-temperature printing sessions in enclosed chambers.
