Welcome to Bondtech's Terms and Conditions page! We know that you rely on our products and services, so we take great care to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. We want to make sure that you understand the terms and conditions we have in place to ensure that your purchase is safe and secure. We have put together this page to help you understand the rules and regulations we have in place for our products. These Terms and Conditions do not cover the sale of our Products by third parties to you.
Please remember, by ordering any of our products, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

- You can contact us using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using our online Customer Support accessible from every page on our website.
By placing an order through Bondtech's website, you guarantee that you are legally authorized to enter into legally binding contracts, you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are 16 or 17 years of age your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf before purchase.
Prices and Purchase/ Payment Options
- The price of our products will be as quoted in either EUR, USD or SEK, depending on your preference. You may also choose to display prices with or without VAT. Quoted prices exclude delivery charges. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying duties or other taxes if charged in your country. The order amount can change during checkout when you choose your country. For customers within the EU, the VAT will be added. For customers outside the EU, the VAT is removed.
- Prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
- We may verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, and if a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the price of a Product(s) is obviously an error and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
- Payment can be made using bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards. When you use a card (American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Credit, and Visa Debit) payment is collected on our behalf by PayPal or Stripe. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase or shortly after unless you choose a Pre-paid method. If you choose a Pre-paid method your order will only be confirmed after the totality of your funds reach our bank account.
Cancellations and Returns
- If you wish to Cancel an online Order, you may do so up to 14 days after you placed your order.
- If you want to Return a product, you may do so up to 14 days after you received your order.
- To start an Order or Product return use one of the following options:
- contact us by sending us an e-mail to email@example.com;
- or by sending us the items along the cancelation form (instructions below) to Bondtech AB, Repslagarevägen 3 J, 331 53 Värnamo, SWEDEN;
- or by submitting the After Sales Form mentioning you want to cancel an Order or to return a Product.
- You will then be given instructions on how to return or arrange collection of the Product(s). Please note:
- the collection will only be available from the original delivery address;
- returns are free of charge if and only when Order was sent to a destination within the European Union.

- If you are Cancelling an Order we shipped already, or returning a Product to us:
- because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the cancellation or return period mentioned above, you must send back the Order or Product (or make them available for collection if you are within the E.U.) no later than 14 days from the day you've informed us of the cancellation.
- We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible (and in any event within 15 days) after we receive the Order or Product back from you or you provide evidence that you have returned the Product. If we have offered to collect the Product, you shall be entitled to a refund within 14 days of the date a carrier hired by us performed the picking at your address.
- for any other reason, such as the product being defective, we will examine the returned Product. If we are providing a refund, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time from when we receive the Product from you. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.
- Subject to the terms below, if you believe that a Product you have ordered from us is defective, you should contact us at email@example.com or using the Help interface of our website, and we will do our best to solve your issue.
- If you decide to cancel the Contract between us within the 14-day period, you must return the Product with its original packaging, accessories, and any free items in like-new condition in order to receive a full refund. However, if the Product has been handled more than necessary to determine its features, characteristics, and functioning, the total refund amount may be lowered depending on the decrease in the Product's value.
- Any refunds will be returned to you using the same payment method you used when you bought the item.
- We cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, improper adjustment, general wear and tear, or improper installation.
- Your legal rights are not limited by this Returns Policy.
- Products supplied by Bondtech have the following warranty periods:
- Two years for private users within the E.U.
- One year for professional users within the E.U.
- Six months for all users outside the E.U.
- Please note that the warranty periods above apply to guarantee issues alone.
- They do not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired, and/or modified by non-authorized personnel.
- They do not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
- Always contact our technical Support if you have doubts about the correct installation of our products.
- Freight Cost : Shipping charges are based on the product’s total weight and which shipping method is chosen.
Exact shipping charge is presented at checkout when you select shipping methods and after you fully enter your address details and country.
- Delivery : We have available the following shipping methods:
- Domestic: PostNord Brev and Varubrev;
- International: FedEx and UPS.
- Limitations apply : Not all shipping methods are available to all territories and all orders. If a given shipping method does not show on your cart on checkout, it means it is unavailable in your territory or due to the nature of the goods you ordered (eg. weight or shape).
- No shipping options available : If no shipping option is presented at the checkout, either your address is not fully fulfilled, or we don't have any carrier shipping to your country or territory.
- Domestic Shipping : When selecting PostNord Brev, you acknowledge Bondtech cannot track the shipping and delivery, and because of that, you accept that packages not delivered will not be refunded by Bondtech.
- Shipping alerts : You will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number of the parcel, if tracking applies to the shipping method you have chosen, as soon as we have shipped your order.
ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery like you have received wrong or a damaged product please contact our customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame to us.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to the transport company in general FedeX when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported as soon as they are discovered.
If items are returned to us because the carrier cannot deliver due to either incorrect or insufficient address information or giving up after several delivery attempts we will either:
- Resend to a new address. Additional charges due (shipping/return shipping will apply);
- Partial refund the amount paid, deducting occurred costs (shipping, return shipping and handling fee).
