- Use, troubleshooting and keeping statistics for our website.
Purpose: We process certain information about website visitors in order to use our website as intended, to keep statistics and perform troubleshooting.

Purpose: In order for us to be able to market our services, identify new customers and create quotes in our sales process, we process your personal data as a representative of a potential customer. For example, we use information you supplied to us by e-mail, phone or during your purchases or during pre-sales contacts, or compiled from access to public register, databases, social media platforms or websites.
Categories of personal data: We collect name, e-mail address, address, telephone number (work) and information about department affiliation and position. We also note if there is interest from you.
Legal basis: We base this processing, after a balance of interests, on our legitimate interest in identifying new customers in order to market our service offering to them.
Storage period and/or criteria: The personal data is saved in our CRM and quotation systems or similar. As a representative of a potential customer, you can always ask us to unsubscribe.
- Marketing mailings
Purpose: We process personal data to offer information and news mailings to representatives of existing and potential customers. Personal data is collected directly from representatives of existing and potential customers, e.g. in connection with events or Internet browsing, through cookies, newsletter subscription forms, or through public registers and databases. The information is provided by telephone, letter, e-mail, SMS and/or equivalent contact channels, as well as through advertising.
Categories of personal data: Personal data processed is name, e-mail address, and information about your declared interests, department affiliation and position. We also process information about website visitors' usage, clicks on the website, traffic data (IP address and device model) and data traffic source (e.g. if you clicked through to our website through campaigns) through cookies to optimize marketing.
Legal basis: The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in being able to provide information about and market our services.
Storage period and/or criteria: The personal data will be saved until the purpose of these is fulfilled. You can always ask us to unsubscribe. We will then stop processing your personal data for this purpose.
What are your rights? How can you exercise them?
As a data subject, you are entitled to exercise the following rights at any time:
- Obtain confirmation as to the existence of your personal data being processed by Bondtech, access and obtain a copy of such data;
- Update, modify and/or rectify your personal data where it may be inaccurate or incomplete;

- Withdraw your consent to processing (for Marketing and Profiling), where your consent serves as the legal basis for processing – this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal.
- Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, where you feel that the Personal Data processed is inaccurate or that the processing is unnecessary or unlawful, as well as where you have objected to the processing;
- Portability – you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data you provided to Bondtech in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as to request the transmission of those personal data to another data controller;
- Opt-out of interest-based advertising. We partner with a third party to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partner may use cookies or similar technologies to provide you with advertising based on your browsing activities and interests. Please note that most of the personal data you provide to Bondtech can be changed at any time, including your e-mail preferences, by accessing, where applicable, your user profile created on Bondtech’s website.
When requesting services via the website, you may have selected one or more means of communication via which Personal Data processing for Marketing purposes may be carried out (e.g., e-mail). You may withdraw your consent to this processing for all selected means of communication, or you can choose to block specific standards using your user profile created on the website, where applicable.
You can also withdraw consent for Marketing (for communications received via e-mail) by selecting the appropriate link at the bottom of every marketing message.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime without further costs apart from transmission costs according to the basic tariffs charged by your Internet Service Provider.

Use of Facebook Social Plugins
